Love this app. Only way I print my photos!

Absolutely love this app!!! No complaints at all!!

It is extremely easy to setup the account, upload photos, and ordering.

It is easy to upload photos and order prints from a store near me when traveling. Great when I want to share photos with the great-grandparents who dont have access to the Internet.

Actually completed my purchase on this app. Will use in future. Compared with free prints and this was easily preferable.

I had been using snapfish for over 5 years. I love the quality of the photos. I have had an order with a few messed up photos- ink smeared or discoloration. I called snapfish and explained, the customer service was very nice and helpful. The agent informed me she would send out the same order free of charge and gave me a free photo book coupon for the inconvenience. I will never go to another program. Thank you Snapfish for great service and amazing quality photos!

I love printing pictures but dont always have the time to do it. With this app I can print all my pictures without ever leaving the house, its great!

Super easy, fast delivery, great pictures

I performed the same tasks in the Shutterfly app, and this was much harder to figure out and use. I selected a single picture, cropped it the way I wanted it, and then the only options were to order or cancel. No option to save the settings for that one picture and then add more. You have to select all the pictures you want and then it seems almost impossible to prop each individual picture. It didnt seem to want to search my pictures by albums, only dates.

This app makes order pictures easy and theyre great quality. Love using it to order my prints

I have tried on 3 different occasions to view, order prints from my 1998-2001 albums. Yes, I have been with Snapfish that long. Unfortunately, online chat is telling me conflicting information as to why I have whole albums missing. The titles are there, the #s are there. No pics. So sad to have lost my memories. I have been told it was OS issues, then I was told it was Device issues, then I was told it was Browser issues, then they said it was an update website issue. Ultimately I would have to wait another month. It has been 3 months already. I cannot find a phone # to call. I am really ready to leave Snapfish over this and the high shipping charges. The quality of paper has changed greatly through the years. The credits that are promised never work out to my advantage.

I was looking through my cameraroll of all the pictures I wanted to print (about 200) I went on the snapfish app to select the photos and I noticed most of the pictures were missing on the app! Very disappointing. I thought it could just be my phone so I downloaded Shutterfly and nope! It wasnt my phone, all of my pictures were on that app. Guess Ill be using shutterfly instead.

I use the app to order pictures and it works well overall. Only complaint is that you cant place more than 1 batch/picture size in an order, so I end up placing numerous orders if I want various sizes of pictures.

This app works really well. I had used the old one in the past and was disappointed in that it would kick me out when downloading pictures. Since the new updates Ive not had that issue. Im happy with the pictures that arrive and they always arrive in a timely fashion. I actually use several apps for pictures and this is by far the easiest. I would use it even without the free prints per month. I always get more every time anyway. Definitely recommend it to anyone that wants quality prints.
