Overall this app is decent. Its relatively user-friendly, but could definitely use a few improvements in usability. First, it doesnt appear that you can order multiple different items at the same time. So, want to order 4x6 prints and 4x4 prints? Yeah, youll need to do those separately, and pay separate shipping per order. It also stopped recognizing photos on my iPhone 6 camera roll, so I cant upload from my phone. If they fix a few annoying issues like these, it could be a great app.

This app is stupid! You can "crop" but for some reason pictures that are supposed to be horizontal end up vertical and vise versa! You cant change it to how it needs to be, therefore cutting half of the image off!!! I have yet to order from you because of this!!!

With the new update, I lost all of my projects from the last 5 years. Very disappointed

I love this app! I love snapfish in general, but using my phone I can almost always get 100 free photos a month!! It took me a little to learn the app from my phone, but not that long and as soon as I got it down I was golden. I used my computer to download photos onto the site, but using my phone to customize the photos, process, and order the photos was super simple!! I love this app!! I seriously recommend it for anyone needing good photos!! You cant complain about paying 0.09$ a photo!!!

Cheaper, faster, more user friendly, overall better than other sites I have used.

I love this app! Not only can you print the pictures you take on your phone but you can get the ones you upload to your account. I have been using this for over a year and I dont plan on stopping anytime soon

Snapfish produces the clearest looking pictures and the process is so convenient! I love the free prints each month and use it often! Definitely recommend this app!

Very slow and difficult to use. The new snapfish website is also much worse than the old one. Very disappointed in both.

Would not use this phone app for large orders. Its great to upload pics and print them at a one hour place though. Often Ill take pics at a function and pick them up on the way home at Walgreens. Quick and easy but I miss the collage print!!

Easy to use. The 100 free prints a month is great. Ive kept albums on Facebook that I didnt want to delete in fear of losing my memories. But now I can link it to snapfish and get hard prints made and delete my albums off Facebook. Its a great thing being able to keep my life private because of this app. Thank you Snapfish!!

I just completed my first order with snapfish and it was done on the app. I ordered to take advantage of the 100 free prints a month for a year. All I had to pay was shipping. Not a bad deal at all! The first time ordering and using the app was so easy. Hopefully I continue having the same ease when ordering.

Been a Snapfish customer for 10 years. The website is great and the snapfish app for iPhone is even better. Incredibly easy to upload phone pics and access my album pics from the website in a snap! Ordering is quick and easy! LOVE IT!!
