Love this app! Really love the 100 free 4x6 each month!

User friendly, syncs nicely with phone. Only frustration is pics stop downloading when phone goes to standby.

Ive had this app for several years now and it has gotten so complicated to use with recent updates

Makes it SO easy to upload & order my prints!! Recommend using the app!! 5 Stars!!

I dont know what Snapfish is thinking. They ruined this app. When uploading photos from an iPhone to Snapfish it now displays all pics youve ever taken even the ones youve deleted. It takes forever to sort through the ones you want to upload and buy. Horrible, just horrible. Please fix ASAP to only show photos currently on your phone.

I appreciate being able to order prints from my phone, but the app isnt very intuitive to me. I had trouble rotating pictures, I couldnt figure out how to order prints to pick up locally, and somehow I ended up with extra prints in my cart. But, I love that its easy to browse photos on your phone right within the app.

Unable to save old pix from Snapfish to my phone and/or iPad. The app crashes every time I try to save 2 particular images, yet allows me to save older photos without a hitch. Makes no sense. Until this problem is resolved, I will keep my review at one star. Im really disappointed in HP - the owner of Snapfish - these days.

Update: Newer app updates have made me unable to login to my Snapfish account through the app. The signin link does not bring me anywhere. I have been using Snapfish since my daughter was born 11 years ago, so 2005. The Snapfish app makes it torturous to view photos that were uploaded to their original website years and years ago. It causes the user to scroll endlessly down waiting for pictures to fill in slowly. It would be easier if there was a link to the year you wanted to view and then the months within that year were scrollable. I cant for the life of me figure out why this issue hasnt been fixed.

Needed pictures by the next day and instead of letting me chose a place for them to go they shipped them too my house... had to do another order to get them on time

Love this app and this photo site. 100 free prints a month is amazing and keeps me using this app. I am thrilled that now I am able to edit the cropping of the photos in my order right on the app. Stores my photos on phone via app without killing my phone storage....Wonderful.

It takes me an hour to flip through one of my albums because of how long it takes each picture to appear. Painful!!! I think it is absolutely ridiculous and almost illegal that there isnt an option to do a mass download. I used to upload all my pictures to snapfish and I used snapfish as my secure picture storage. I deleted all other forms of those pictures. Now I want my picture on my computer but Id have to go through each one separately to download them. With 20,000 pictures that take ten minutes a piece to even appear on the screen, that is just a mere impossibility. If you want an awesome place to keep your pictures and be able to view them immediately without having to wait a lifetime for the pictures to appear on your screen, use Google Photos.

The app is fairly easy to understand it was quick to pick out the pictures I wanted which I just ordered -so I dont know the quality of them yet-- my only problem was it wouldnt take PayPal even though he gives you the option -which is what I wanted to do

Nice app. Fairly easy to navigate. I love the 100 free prints a month. Easy to upload and select to print. Easy to pay using PayPal.... only a few clicks and done. Only suggestion is to show a symbol or something on the picture to show its already uploaded. I have so many duplicates because I dont remember where I left off uploading. Shutterfly has a orange s on the picture to let you know youve already uploaded it.

It keeps pausing every time my screen locks. In the the middle of uploading an order, it all disappeared!! Im trying to like this app, please help me like it, Snapfish!!

I love this app! I store all my photos on Snapfish. I also upload all my photos from my iPhone to the app. Its so easy an convenient to order from the app.

I have been using this app for 6 years! I love it. Very user friendly. Use it for making Calendars, cards and actual printing of photos. Thank you Snapfish!
